Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough psychosocial assessments for individuals, including adolescents, families, and groups. This involves recognizing mental health needs and identifying suitable clinical interventions based on professional knowledge and patient goals.

• Perform initial comprehensive assessments, triaging care as necessary to ensure patients receive timely and appropriate interventions.

• Collaboratively communicate with interdisciplinary team members, utilizing documentation and meetings such as patient rounds to discuss treatment plans and progress.

• Maintain an ethical and timely approach to documentation, ensuring compliance with departmental standards and improving continuity of care.

• Utilize evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), to assist patients in achieving their individualized service plans while integrating various clinical modalities to address complex mental health issues.

Qualifications\n
