Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at Hope Springs Psychiatric Center, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Providing individual, couples, family, and group therapy to clients of all ages, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify clients' strengths, challenges, and specific treatment goals, ensuring a holistic approach to their mental health needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve engaging a diverse client population facing an array of mental health challenges. This includes working with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other psychological disorders. Qualifications\n

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A full, unrestricted license to practice independently in Arizona as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Note: Limited or provisional licenses will not be accepted, and candidates should not have any disciplinary actions on their professional licenses.

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, the following experiences are preferred:

• Previous experience working in a telehealth environment or with remote counseling.

• Demonstrated proficiency in using telehealth technology and electronic health record systems.
