Our outpatient office facilities in Gilbert, Arizona, remain available for consultations and meetings as needed, providing a supportive hub for clinical discussion and peer oversight.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individualized assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and goals, including specific diagnostic criteria outlined in the DSM-5.

• Facilitate individualized, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, adapting therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches based on client requirements.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive care plans that ensure continuity of support while maximizing therapeutic outcomes.

• Maintain thorough and timely documentation of client sessions and progress within our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with HIPAA protocols and state regulations.

• Engage with community resources and partner organizations to enhance the network of care available to clients, making appropriate referrals when necessary.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base is diverse, encompassing individuals of all ages from various cultural backgrounds. You will work with children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• You must possess a current and valid full license to practice independently as one of the following: LMFT, LPC, or LCSW. Note that provisional or limited licenses will not be accepted.

• Clean professional record with no current disciplinary actions against your license.

Compensation and Benefits\n
