Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This ensures that you will primarily be working with clients who require support in managing daily life challenges, stress, or transitional phases. Qualifications\n

• A master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and unrestricted license to practice independently as a Mental Health Counselor (LMFT, LPC, LCSW).

• Demonstrated proficiency in developing effective treatment plans and intervention strategies.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, along with a compassionate approach towards client care.

• Ability to proficiently operate digital platforms for teletherapy sessions and maintain clinical documentation.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this full-time role ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition to competitive salaries, we offer:
