Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions tailored to meet the diverse needs of clients at various stages of life.

• Perform comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health status, identifying strengths and challenges while collaboratively setting treatment goals.

• Create, execute, and revise evidence-based treatment plans that specifically address the unique needs of each client, adapting as required based on their progress.

• Work closely with interdisciplinary teams and community partners to ensure holistic and coordinated care, sharing insights and resources to enhance patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation of each client’s progress and treatment interventions, utilizing approved electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Education: A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology is required.

• Licensing: You must hold a valid state license to practice as either a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). Please note: Candidates with limited or provisional licenses, or those with prior disciplinary actions on their records, will not be considered.

• Exceptional analytical and decision-making skills, enabling you to develop comprehensive treatment recommendations for each client.

• Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating empathy and the ability to establish rapport with clients quickly.

• Proficient computer skills, particularly with telehealth technology and EHR systems.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience working in a telehealth environment is preferred, allowing for a smooth transition into the role.

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Solution-Focused Therapy will be highly valued.

Compensation and Benefits\n
