Key Responsibilities\n

• Implement a variety of therapeutic approaches, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), to empower clients in their therapeutic journeys.

• Maintain meticulous clinical records while ensuring compliance with HIPAA guidelines and upholding our commitment to ethical standards in mental health care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other mental health professionals to create a seamless care experience for clients.

• Participate in regular peer review and case consultation meetings to continuously refine care strategies and incorporate the latest therapeutic techniques.

• Provide education and support for patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and community resources to enhance holistic recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Arizona.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $105,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
