Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct detailed mental health assessments utilizing standardized evaluation tools and structured interviews to accurately identify patient needs and tailor effective treatment strategies.

• Provide therapeutic support through evidence-based modalities in individual, group, and family therapy sessions, focusing on addressing a wide variety of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, and substance use disorders.

• Develop personalized care plans that incorporate measurable goals and objectives to track patient progress and ensure effective therapeutic interventions.

• Coordinate care for patients, facilitating referrals to other community resources as needed, and actively participate in follow-up to monitor continuity of care.

• Document all clinical interactions meticulously in our Electronic Health Record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with state regulations and organizational policies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with diverse individuals spanning various demographics within the Bethlehem, Pennsylvania area. The patient population encompasses children, adolescents, adults, and families facing mental health challenges related to depression, anxiety, trauma, and other behavioral issues. A significant focus will be on understanding the social determinants of health that influence each client's unique situation.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of three years of direct clinical experience in mental health counseling, demonstrating progressive responsibility in therapeutic roles.

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• A valid license to practice in Pennsylvania, such as LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.

• The capability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment, contributing positively to shared goals and patient care protocols.

• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with both clients and team members. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities are essential for success in this role.

Preferred Experience\n

While the minimum requirement is set at three years of related experience, candidates with experience in remote therapy delivery and evidence-based treatment modalities will be highly regarded. An understanding of community resources available in the Bethlehem area will also be advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n
