Work Environment\n

This position provides the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your own home while still having access to a robust support system within our clinic. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to accurately identify their mental health needs and collaboratively develop individualized treatment plans that address those needs.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions, including individual, group, and family therapy, using evidence-based practices tailored to the diverse needs of our clientele.

• Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress towards treatment goals, making necessary adjustments to therapy plans based on ongoing assessments.

• Provide immediate support to clients in crisis by employing de-escalation techniques and formulating safety plans to ensure their well-being.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals and community resources to create a continuum of care that supports each client's pathway to recovery.

• Maintain detailed, accurate clinical records in compliance with ethical standards and organizational policies, ensuring all documentation is succinct and thorough.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor at our center, you will engage with a broad spectrum of clients, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Our focus is on empowering individuals to overcome obstacles, promote resilience, and foster healing through compassionate support. You will work with clients dealing with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties, making your role critical in their recovery journey.

Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or Doctorate in Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, or a related field.

• A valid and active license as an LMFT, LPC, or LCSW in Pennsylvania.

• Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience providing therapy to individuals, couples, and families.

• Experience working in an outpatient setting, particularly within community health clinics or similar environments.

Compensation and Benefits\n
