Work Environment\n

This role is fully remote, allowing for flexibility in your working environment, while still being a part of a dedicated outpatient team based in Nanticoke, Pennsylvania. You will collaborate with colleagues and supervisors utilizing digital communication tools that ensure seamless interaction and continuous support. Hours are structured from Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, fostering a balanced work-life dynamic.

Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with a diverse clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, and families, facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will be pivotal in creating a safe space for clients to express their concerns and receive personalized care tailored to their unique situations.

Qualifications\n

• Possession of an active state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Bachelor's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field is required; a Master's degree is strongly preferred and will positively influence hiring consideration.

• A minimum of two years of relevant experience within a clinical mental health setting, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices and client interaction.

Compensation and Benefits\n
