Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health status to identify their specific needs, using standardized tools and clinical judgment.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans incorporating therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based approaches.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring a safe and respectful atmosphere for open dialogue and growth.

• Provide crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute mental health crises, utilizing de-escalation techniques and referral to emergency services when needed.

• Engage in community outreach activities geared towards destigmatizing mental health issues and educating the public about available resources and treatment options.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client base that includes individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong organizational abilities and proficiency in time management to ensure timely documentation and adherence to treatment plans.

Preferred Experience\n

While a minimum of two years of direct mental health counseling experience is required, preference will be given to candidates who have:

Compensation and Benefits\n
