Work Environment\n

This position is primarily remote, providing significant flexibility in your work-life balance. While you will conduct therapy sessions from home, you will also have access to an outpatient office setting as needed for therapeutic interventions that require in-person meetings. The standard work hours for this role are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will undertake the following responsibilities:

• Provide individualized therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to meet the diverse needs of clients.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including psychiatrists and case managers to refine and enhance client care plans.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements, ensuring compliance with mental health standards.

• Develop actionable care plans tailored to each client’s specific goals, fostering their journey toward improved mental health.

• Actively engage with the Easton community to promote mental health awareness, participating in local outreach programs and initiatives.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working with a varied clientele, including individuals, couples, and families who are seeking support for a range of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Your role is crucial in guiding these clients toward achieving their personal and therapeutic goals.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Valid independent licensure in Pennsylvania as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT.

• A minimum of two years of experience working in a mental health clinical setting, demonstrating competence in therapy and client management.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, candidates with specialized training in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) or dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) will be viewed favorably. Experience in trauma-informed care and familiarity with community mental health resources will also enhance your candidacy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
