Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a caseload of clients by establishing strong rapport and positive working relationships while maintaining professional ethics and boundaries.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients, assessing their progress, stability, and road to discharge, tailoring sessions to their evolving needs.

• Develop, implement, and monitor person-centered treatment plans, ensuring they align with client goals and best practices.

• Document client interactions diligently, maintaining accurate and up-to-date progress notes and therapeutic records.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to determine the appropriate therapeutic approach in initial interactions.

• Schedule and facilitate individual therapy sessions per week, utilizing evidence-based methodologies to support diverse client issues.

• Engage in regular individual supervision, contributing to your professional growth and enhancing service quality.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare providers to ensure holistic care and optimal client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will work with a varied client base, addressing issues ranging from anxiety and depression to family dynamics and trauma recovery. Your ability to adapt treatment approaches to meet the unique needs and backgrounds of each individual or family will be crucial in fostering their healing journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling.

• Current, unrestricted LPC licensure, allowing for independent practice.
\n
• At least one year of post-graduate experience in a clinical outpatient setting.
\n
• Proficient in using computers, with familiarity in operating Excel spreadsheets, RMS systems, Outlook, and PIMSY software.
\n
• Experience in delivering direct psychotherapy services to individuals and families.
\n
• Comfortable performing intake assessments and establishing therapeutic rapport with clients.

• Experience working in telehealth services, understanding the nuances of virtual client engagement.
