Key Responsibilities\n

• Manage a diverse caseload of clients, establishing strong rapport and maintaining professional ethics throughout the therapeutic relationship.

• Conduct regular meetings with clients to discuss progress, ensure stability, plan upcoming appointments, and determine readiness for discharge when appropriate.

• Develop tailored, person-centered treatment plans in collaboration with clients, continuously evaluating and adjusting them as needed.

• Maintain accurate and contemporaneous documentation, including progress notes for each client to ensure continuity of care.

• Perform comprehensive intake assessments to accurately gauge each client's needs and establish a foundation for effective therapeutic intervention.

• Engage in individual therapy sessions weekly, employing a variety of evidence-based approaches to support client objectives.

• Collaborate with other healthcare providers to integrate care and improve client outcomes within a multidisciplinary framework.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As an LPC at Anchor Health Counseling, you will primarily work with a varied outpatient population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in mental health counseling or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Anchor Health Counseling offers a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 – 90,000 annually, commensurate with experience. We employ a fee-for-service model which ensures fair compensation for services rendered, with guaranteed advance payment and no delays in reimbursement. Additionally, clinicians are eligible for bonus opportunities and full W2 employment, ensuring that your financial security and work-life balance remain prioritized.
