Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to accurately identify clients' mental health requirements and concerns, utilizing standardized assessment tools and interviews.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and therapeutic goals, ensuring they are revisited and adjusted as necessary based on progress.

• Provide individual, couples, and group counseling sessions, employing a variety of therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness techniques.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment teams, including psychiatrists, social workers, and community resource managers, to facilitate comprehensive client care and address any co-occurring issues.

• Maintain accurate, confidential client records that adhere to legal and ethical guidelines to optimize care coordination and assure compliance with industry standards.

The LPC will primarily serve a diverse clientele that includes children, adolescents, and families dealing with a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, PTSD, and substance use disorders. Compensation and Benefits\n
