• This role is primarily remote, providing you the opportunity to work from home while also having access to our outpatient office in Dallas as needed.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to determine individualized treatment plans based on clinical best practices and client needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to diverse populations, including individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Employ a range of therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, to address the specific issues faced by clients.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure each client receives holistic care; this may include regular case reviews and consultations with medical professionals.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, ensuring adherence to ethical standards and legal regulations related to counseling practices.

• Engage in continuous professional development by staying informed about advancements in mental health treatment and attending relevant workshops.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary range of USD 80,000 – 100,000, contingent upon caseload and experience.
