Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Professional Counselor, you will:

• Facilitate engaging group therapy sessions where clients connect, share experiences, and learn from one another. Creating an inclusive environment is vital, allowing clients to express their thoughts freely.

• Provide one-on-one individual therapy sessions tailored to the unique needs of each client, exploring their emotional landscape, behaviors, and coping strategies.

• Develop and collaborate on personalized, goal-oriented treatment plans that address the specific challenges each client faces, ensuring that practices are rooted in evidence-based methodologies.

• Monitor client progress and evaluate treatment outcomes using comprehensive assessment tools, tracking the effectiveness of interventions and making necessary adjustments to the care plan.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on providing care for adolescents and young adults aged 18 to 30 who are enrolled in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Our clients face various mental health challenges, and your compassionate approach will foster an atmosphere of healing and hope.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate must possess:

• A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) credential in the state of Texas.

• A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Psychology, Social Work, Counseling, or similar).

Compensation and Benefits\n
