Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments, identifying clients' needs, concerns, and treatment goals to formulate tailored counseling strategies.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from $75,000 to $90,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications. We offer a Fee-for-Service model with guaranteed rates, meaning payment is received ahead of collections, providing financial stability for our clinicians. Additionally, bonuses may be available based on performance and client satisfaction.
