Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide tailored therapy strategies for clients by conducting comprehensive evaluations to assess their mental health needs and developing effective treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services to diverse groups, including individuals, couples, and families, utilizing methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused approaches.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the integrity of client records.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance client care, integrating insights from psychological, social, and health perspectives to inform treatment decisions.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Texas.

• At least two years of demonstrated experience in counseling, ideally within a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n
