Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs of each client, ensuring thorough assessments and evidence-based interventions.

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations, including initial assessments, to determine clients’ psychological and emotional needs, facilitating timely and appropriate treatment recommendations.

• Provide direct therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, families, and groups utilizing a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive support and continuity of care for all clients.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring a clear and thorough record of client progress and treatment outcomes.

• Engage in ongoing professional development, staying informed about current trends and research in mental health to enhance service delivery and improve patient care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The LPC will work with a diverse client demographic, including individuals experiencing a range of mental health concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and stress management. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Professional Counseling or a closely related field is required.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.

• A minimum of one year of experience working with psychiatric patients and/or individuals with substance abuse issues.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 75,000 to 90,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
