Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to create individualized treatment plans tailored to each client’s goals and needs.

• Implement a variety of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, among others.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and legal regulations pertinent to counseling practices.
\n
• Monitor and evaluate clients’ progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as necessary to enhance overall effectiveness.

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care, ensuring that all aspects of the client's mental health are addressed.

• Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities, including workshops and training, to stay updated with the latest in counseling practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse clientele, addressing a broad range of issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, substance abuse, and relationship challenges. Your ability to adapt therapeutic techniques to meet the specific cultural and individual needs of your clients will be instrumental in achieving positive outcomes.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in Texas.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of counseling experience in a clinical setting.

• Strong knowledge of legal regulations and ethical guidelines in the counseling profession.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster trusting relationships with clients from various backgrounds.

• Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and the ability to navigate relevant software effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000, based on your caseload and experience.
