Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments, evaluating clients’ mental health and personal circumstances to develop customized treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions across diverse modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning and progress monitoring by working alongside a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers.

• To ensure quality care, maintain detailed clinical documentation, including treatment notes and assessments, while complying with legal and ethical standards.

• Participate actively in professional development by staying up-to-date with the latest research in mental health through workshops, conferences, and training seminars.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Professional Counselor will provide support to a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families. Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and caseload.
