Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Crossroad Behavioral Health Services, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients to identify their biopsychosocial needs and developing individualized treatment plans that facilitate symptom resolution and improved functioning.

• Providing high-quality individual, family, couple, and group psychotherapy using evidence-based modalities, ensuring that each intervention aligns with clinical best practices.

• Collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary psychiatry team, participating in team meetings to discuss patient progress and program planning.

• Engaging clients as a primary therapist during individual sessions, as well as facilitating group therapy with psychiatric patients to enhance their coping skills and encourage community support.

• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation, including obtaining pertinent data in compliance with both programmatic and regulatory standards.

• Ensuring adherence to ethical standards and agency policies, upholding the integrity of the profession while effectively addressing client needs.

• Providing triage evaluations and crisis interventions, collaborating with outpatient and inpatient teams to ensure comprehensive care.

Compensation and Benefits\n
