Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Genie Mental Health Clinic, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions that promote peer connection and shared experiences, enhancing community support among clients.

• Providing Individual Therapy: Conduct personalized counseling sessions to explore clients' thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, equipping them with effective coping strategies and actionable plans.

• Developing Treatment Plans: Collaborate with clients to create tailored, goal-oriented treatment plans that focus on their unique needs and aspirations.

• Monitoring Progress: Utilize diverse assessment tools to track clients’ progress, making adjustments to treatment plans based on feedback and outcomes.

• Collaborating with a Multidisciplinary Team: Work closely with other mental health professionals to coordinate care, consult on complex cases, and ensure all clients receive comprehensive support.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily work with young adults aged 18 to 30 who are enrolled in our Partial Hospitalization Program (PHP). Our clients come seeking to overcome various mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral issues, and are on a journey to rebuild their lives, relationships, and future.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.
\n
• Current licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.
\n
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in mental health counseling.
\n

Preferred Experience\n

While not required, candidates with experience in telehealth delivery, crisis intervention, or working with diverse populations will be favorably considered. Familiarity with evidence-based practices and holistic treatment modalities is highly advantageous.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of your expertise and commitment, Genie Mental Health Clinic offers a competitive salary range of USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience. Benefits include:
