Key Responsibilities\n

  Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine client needs, objectives, and mental health challenges.

  Develop tailored therapeutic frameworks, utilizing evidence-based practices and methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

  Deliver individual, group, couples, and family therapy, ensuring that treatment is responsive and adapts as clients progress.

  Maintain detailed and accurate clinical records while adhering to ethical standards and legal requirements.

  Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to enhance integrated client care, attending team meetings to discuss treatment plans and progress.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary clients will include individuals and families facing various mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance misuse. Many of our clients have previously encountered barriers to accessing care, making your role crucial in providing compassionate support and effective treatment strategies tailored to diverse backgrounds.

Qualifications\n

  A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

  Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Georgia.

  A minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

  Strong understanding of legal and ethical guidelines governing the practice of counseling.
