Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to determine individual treatment plans that consider each client’s unique circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to individuals, couples, families, and groups, fostering meaningful relationships and providing guidance throughout their journey.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting techniques to meet specific client needs.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers to provide holistic care.

• Maintain accurate clinical records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic medical record (EMR) systems effectively.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Arizona.
