Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to create personalized therapy strategies that address their unique needs.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to groups, families, couples, and individuals, ensuring an inclusive approach to mental health care.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy to support clients effectively.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver comprehensive care, sharing insights and coordinating treatment plans that promote better client outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, leveraging our assistance with billing and paperwork to minimize administrative workload.

You will be working with a diverse clientele, including individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, substance misuse, and relationship issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado.

• At least two years of counseling experience, preferably within a clinical environment.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
