Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive initial assessments and evaluations to understand client needs and identify appropriate treatment goals.

• Develop individualized treatment plans that address the unique emotional and psychological requirements of clients, drawing on a variety of therapeutic modalities.

• Utilize therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and psychodynamic therapy to facilitate healing and growth.

• Engage with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic and integrated care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client outcomes.

• Monitor client progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary and documenting all sessions effectively to ensure quality and compliance.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
