Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations to formulate tailored treatment plans that meet each client's needs.

• Provide a range of evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Engage with clients through individual, couples, family, and group therapy sessions, addressing various mental health concerns.

• Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary teams, which may include psychiatrists, social workers, and wellness coaches, to ensure integrated and holistic care for each client.

• Maintain precise and up-to-date clinical records to comply with ethical standards and legal requirements, while ensuring the confidentiality of client information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Professional Counselor at Blissful Balance Hub, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals facing anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues. Your role will center on fostering a therapeutic relationship that empowers clients to explore their feelings and develop coping strategies tailored to their personal circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in New Jersey.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience providing counseling services, preferably in a clinical or outpatient setting.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling you to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.

• Proficiency in using electronic medical record (EMR) systems and other relevant therapeutic documentation software.
