Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough client evaluations and develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, families, and groups, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate comprehensive client care and ensure holistic treatment approaches.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal standards while engaging in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will receive bonuses and other incentives as part of our competitive compensation package.
