This position is designed to be primarily remote, allowing you to interact with clients and colleagues via telehealth platforms, while also collaborating with our outpatient office staff when necessary. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive patient intakes, focusing on diagnostic and functional evaluations to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Provide therapeutic interventions tailored to the specific needs of patients experiencing mental health challenges.

• Collaborate with primary care providers to identify and address psychosocial issues while recommending appropriate referrals to specialty services when required.

• Monitor patient progress, implementing follow-up strategies to evaluate treatment efficacy and adjust plans as necessary.

• Develop and execute relapse prevention strategies to empower patients in maintaining stable functioning.
\n
• Document patient interactions and maintain confidential records in compliance with healthcare regulations and ethical standards.

• Advocate for patients’ behavioral health care needs within a multidisciplinary team framework.

• Provide education and resources to patients, promoting self-management skills crucial for their recovery and well-being.

• Stay abreast of community resources and collaborate with external agencies to ensure comprehensive care for our patients.

• Participate in program evaluation discussions and contribute insights on service delivery for continuous improvement.

The LPC at Molina Healthcare & Wellness Center will work with a diverse range of patients, including individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, and other mental health disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master’s Degree in Clinical Counseling or a related field.

• Current and valid LPC (Licensed Professional Counselor) license in the state of Tennessee.

• Comprehensive knowledge of mental health assessment, treatment modalities, and evidence-based practices.

• Strong ability to conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing diverse therapeutic techniques.

• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with patients and collaborate with healthcare providers.

• Ability to maintain clinical records accurately and justify treatment decisions based on patient needs.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in a primary care setting or with Federally Qualified Health Centers (FQHCs) is a plus.

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is preferred to enhance communication with our diverse patient base.

• Knowledge of community resources and mental health support systems in Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 87,000 to 105,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
