Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to determine the needs and goals of clients.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices to promote healing and growth.

• Engage in collaborative case management with physicians, nurses, and other health professionals to ensure coordinated care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing Google Suite and electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and training sessions to stay abreast of trends in mental health treatment and community needs.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve range from children to adults and families who are dealing with a wide array of mental health issues, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relational challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy is required.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

Compensation and Benefits\n
