Key Responsibilities\n

• Develop individualized therapy plans addressing the unique needs of each client through thoughtful assessments and comprehensive evaluations.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions in a variety of settings, including individual, group, and family therapy.

• Utilize a repertoire of therapeutic techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy to enhance treatment efficacy.

• Collaborate with a diverse team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic and well-rounded care for each client.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical documentation while adhering to ethical and legal standards in accordance with state regulations.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
