Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and thorough evaluations to develop personalized and effective treatment plans for clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing a range of modalities, including Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Psychodynamic Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Facilitate individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions, adapting approaches to meet each client’s distinct needs and cultural context.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, such as psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers, ensuring comprehensive care that addresses all aspects of a client’s needs.

• Maintain accurate and confidential clinical records, adhering to ethical standards and legal regulations, in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.

• Participate actively in ongoing professional development by staying current with research trends and participating in workshops related to mental health practices.

Qualifications\n
