Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations and assessments to develop effective and individualized therapeutic plans for clients.

• Deliver a range of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapies, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapeutic sessions for individuals, families, and groups, tailoring treatment approaches to meet diverse client needs.

• Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant clinical records in accordance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on individuals and families experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, depression, trauma-related issues, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• An active, unrestricted Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n
