As part of our outpatient office team, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary staff, including psychologists, social workers, and support personnel, to ensure that our clients receive comprehensive and integrated care.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations, utilizing evidence-based practices to create individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Deliver a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, tailored to meet the specific needs of clients.

• Maintain compliant and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with legal and ethical standards while leveraging electronic medical record (EMR) software to manage client information efficiently.

• Participate in weekly multidisciplinary team meetings to discuss client progress and treatment strategies, fostering collaborative care.

• Engage in continued education through workshops and professional development to stay abreast of the latest research and therapeutic methods in mental health.

The clients you will serve vary widely in their mental health challenges, ranging from anxiety and depression to more complex issues involving trauma and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Tennessee.

• A minimum of two years of counseling experience in a clinical setting, demonstrating a deep understanding of therapeutic techniques and client engagement.

• Strong knowledge of legal and ethical standards applicable to mental health practice.
