Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of clients to develop individualized therapy strategies tailored to their unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including but not limited to Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused therapy.

• Facilitate therapy sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring a supportive environment that fosters healing and growth.

• Document and maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing Electronic Medical Record (EMR) software effectively.

• Engage in continuous professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to remain current with advances in mental health practices.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, participating in case discussions and contributing to a personalized care plan for each client.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The ideal candidate will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals facing challenges related to anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use, and other mental health issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required.

• Current and active licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas.
