Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized treatment strategies tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and current clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards while also contributing to the overall care plans created by our multidisciplinary teams.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops and training, ensuring you remain at the forefront of mental health research and best practices.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate comprehensive care for clients, enhancing their chances for improved outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, including those who may face socio-economic barriers that limit their access to mental health resources. Our focus includes treating a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges, ensuring tailored support for each client's circumstances.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
\n
• An active and unrestricted license as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Colorado is essential.

• Minimum of two years' experience in counseling, preferably in a clinical setting, demonstrating proficiency in therapeutic practices and client engagement.
\n
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with a diverse clientele.
\n
• Proven capability to work collaboratively within a healthcare team while demonstrating a solid understanding of legal and ethical counseling standards.

• Familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and related technologies is necessary.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

• The salary range for this position is USD 70,000 – 90,000 per year, contingent on experience and caseload.
