Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to craft individualized treatment strategies for clients.

• Provide evidence-based therapies to individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring that each session is tailored to the unique circumstances of the client.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused short therapy to address specific client issues.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care and share resources and strategies that enhance patient outcomes.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and records, ensuring compliance with ethical and legal standards.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• Possession of active, unrestricted licensure as a Professional Counselor (LPC) in Connecticut.

• Minimum of two years of counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.
