Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive evaluations, developing individualized treatment plans that reflect each client's unique needs and circumstances.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions including, but not limited to, cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in adherence to ethical standards and legal requirements, using electronic health record systems as needed.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of professionals—including psychiatrists, psychologists, and social workers—to create a holistic treatment framework that best supports clients.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops and trainings to remain up-to-date with the latest advancements in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a highly competitive salary range of USD 300,000 – 400,000 annually, dependent upon experience and qualifications.
