Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapeutic strategies for clients.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions and counseling services to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Utilize a variety of therapeutic modalities, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), solution-focused therapies, and psychodynamic approaches, to meet client needs.

• Document and maintain detailed clinical records in compliance with clinical ethics and legal standards.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure holistic, integrated care for clients, actively participating in team meetings and case discussions.

• Engage in continual professional development through workshops, training sessions, and research to stay current on best practices in mental health care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a diverse client base, including individuals and families with various mental health challenges. This role requires sensitivity and expertise to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, and substance use. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active, unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California.

• A minimum of two years of direct counseling experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
