Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver individual, couples, and family therapy sessions via telehealth platforms or in-person as needed from the outpatient office.

• Conduct thorough biopsychosocial assessments and maintain comprehensive clinical documentation in alignment with best practices and legal standards.

• Develop, implement, and continuously evaluate personalized treatment plans employing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning by working closely with other healthcare professionals and support staff to ensure cohesive and coordinated care for clients.

• Participate actively in clinical supervision and peer consultation meetings to foster professional growth and enhance clinical skills.

• Uphold compliance with legal and ethical standards, including HIPAA regulations, while adhering to clinic policies.

Qualifications\n
