This remote opportunity allows for flexibility in your work setting while remaining part of a community health clinic that serves a vibrant and varied clientele. The typical work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide high-quality individual, family, and group counseling tailored to clients' diverse backgrounds and diagnoses, fostering an environment conducive to healing.

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop personalized treatment plans, consistently maintaining accurate and timely clinical documentation to track progress and support client outcomes.

• Actively collaborate with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare providers to create a cohesive care strategy aimed at enhancing the client experience and promoting effective recovery.

• Uphold compliance with all ethical standards and California state regulations, ensuring all practices meet legal and professional requirements.

• Participate in regular staff meetings, ongoing training, and supervision sessions designed to enhance skills and share best practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role focuses on serving a diverse patient population, including children, adolescents, adults, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and trauma survivors. You will encounter a wide range of psychological needs and contexts, requiring adaptability and cultural competence to build trusting relationships with clients and families alike.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid LPCC license in the State of California, with BBS registration required.

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.
\n
• A minimum of two years of post-licensure clinical experience, demonstrating proficiency in mental health counseling.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience working with various populations, including but not limited to children, LGBTQIA+ individuals, and those facing trauma.

• Proficiency in evidence-based practices, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), or trauma-informed care approaches.

• Strong documentation and organizational skills with an emphasis on establishing clear treatment pathways and outcomes for clients.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive compensation package ranging from $90,000 to $110,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits program that includes:
