Key Responsibilities\n

As a key member of our outpatient treatment team, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Facilitating Group Therapy: Lead engaging group sessions with clients, fostering an environment of shared experiences and mutual support while utilizing evidence-based modalities tailored to young adults.

• Conducting Individual Therapy: Offer tailored, empathetic counseling sessions, allowing clients to delve into their emotions, thoughts, and behaviors, while collaboratively developing actionable coping strategies.

• Creating Treatment Plans: Work alongside clients to formulate individualized treatment plans that align with their personal goals and therapeutic needs, ensuring each plan is client-centered and adaptable.

• Monitoring Progress: Regularly assess client progress through formal assessments and informal feedback, adjusting treatment strategies as needed based on outcome data.

• Collaboration: Engage with a multidisciplinary team, sharing insights, coordinating care efforts, and discussing complex cases to achieve optimal client outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on young adults aged 18 to 30 who are navigating a range of emotional, social, and mental health challenges. Many of these individuals may be dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, or transitional issues, and as their counselor, you will play a crucial role in aiding their recovery journey and fostering resilience.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this vital role, candidates must possess:

• A Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field.

• Active and unrestricted Licensure as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC).

• Strong ethical guidelines and a commitment to client confidentiality.

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective interaction with clients, families, and team members.

Preferred Experience\n

While not mandatory, the following qualifications are preferred:

Compensation and Benefits\n
