Key Responsibilities\n

As a Senior LPCC, you will be entrusted with several key responsibilities, including:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop individualized therapy strategies for clients.

• Delivering evidence-based therapeutic interventions in individual, group, couples, and family settings.

• Employing a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic approaches, and solution-focused therapy to address client needs.

• Collaborating with colleagues across various disciplines to create comprehensive care plans for clients.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $110,000 per year, complemented by performance-based bonuses.
