Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized treatment plans, encompassing pre-crisis and crisis intervention strategies, behavioral guidelines, and medication management oversight.

• Ensure accurate and timely documentation, adhering to all state and federal regulatory standards.
\n
• Utilize evidence-based screening tools in alignment with team objectives to enhance treatment outcomes.
\n
• Collaborate across multidisciplinary teams to design and implement effective positive behavior support plans tailored to clients’ individual needs.
\n
• Actively participate in licensure and accreditation processes, ensuring best practices are upheld.
\n
• Serve as a liaison between clients and state agencies or community partners to navigate the mental health landscape effectively.
\n
• Maintain transparent communication channels with all stakeholders to meet service contract standards and further the mission of CenCal in the broader community.

• Establish and nurture relationships with local and state agencies to promote our programs and explore new funding opportunities.
\n
• Engage in professional development activities, including attending conferences and representing the clinic in relevant state meetings.
\n
• Uphold and advocate for the agency’s mission, values, and principles in all interactions.
\n
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Clinic Director, contributing to the continuous improvement of our services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work closely with a diverse range of clients who present with varied mental health concerns, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse issues. You will provide a safe and supportive environment that allows individuals to express their feelings and experiences, facilitating their recovery and personal growth.

Qualifications\n

• A minimum of a Master’s Degree in a mental health-related field is required.

• Possession of an Independent LPCC License is mandatory to ensure compliance with state regulations.

• At least one year of professional experience in a clinical mental health setting is required.
