Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapeutic strategies for each client.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups, engaging clients in their mental health journey.

• Employ a variety of therapeutic methods including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, adapting your approach based on client needs.

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal standards while ensuring client confidentiality.

• Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate comprehensive care plans that address the multi-faceted needs of clients.

• Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities, attending workshops and conferences to enhance your therapeutic skills and stay abreast of the latest trends in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a closely related field is required.

• Possession of an active and unrestricted licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.

• At least two years of clinical counseling experience demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic practices.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that enable you to build rapport with a diverse client base.

• Proficiency in utilizing Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software and other relevant technologies for practice management.

Compensation and Benefits\n

• Annual salary ranging between USD 120,000 and 140,000, commensurate with experience and caseload.
\n

• Availability of a sign-on bonus of $3000 for new LPCCs joining our practice.
