Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to develop tailored therapy strategies for clients, focusing on their unique needs and circumstances.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, couples, families, and groups, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate effectively with our multidisciplinary teams, ensuring the holistic care of clients through integration with healthcare providers.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, using Electronic Medical Records (EMR) software to document client progress and treatment plans efficiently.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.
