Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients to formulate tailored therapeutic strategies.

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Maintain thorough and accurate clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and quality of care.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychologists, social workers, and psychiatrists, to create an integrated care approach for clients.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will primarily serve a diverse clientele that includes individuals dealing with mental health disorders such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use issues. Many of our clients come from underserved populations, requiring a sensitive and culturally competent approach to care. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted LPCC licensure in the state of California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary range for this position is competitive, offering between USD 115,000 and 130,000 annually, which is commensurate with experience and client caseload. In addition to a substantial salary, we provide access to comprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance, as well as malpractice insurance coverage.
