Work Environment\n

As a remote-based counselor, you will enjoy the flexibility of working from home while being part of a dynamic and collaborative team. Although you will primarily connect with clients through virtual platforms, our outpatient office provides additional resources for consultation and team meetings. You will work within a structured schedule, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, ensuring a solid work-life balance.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments for new clients, utilizing telehealth technology to gather detailed information about their mental health and substance use history.

• Develop structured, goal-focused treatment plans that are individualized to meet the unique needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress in digital records, ensuring compliance with industry standards and aiding in continuity of care.

• Regularly review and adjust treatment approaches based on ongoing assessment of patient needs and progress towards therapeutic goals.

• Engage in collaborative care with colleagues, referring professionals, and other stakeholders to optimize patient outcomes and provide holistic support.

This role focuses on diverse populations facing varied mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. You will utilize a strengths-based approach, helping clients to navigate their journey toward recovery and improved mental health. Qualifications\n

• Possession of a Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a closely related field.

• An active Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) license in the state of California is mandatory.

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate counseling experience, demonstrating a solid foundation in therapeutic techniques and client interaction.

• Familiarity with telehealth systems and proficiency in maintaining digital documentation for client sessions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from $115,000 to $120,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and contributions to the organization.
