Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to create individualized therapy plans for each client, addressing their specific mental health concerns.

• Provide therapeutic interventions using an array of evidence-based practices, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Facilitate therapy sessions that may involve individuals, couples, and families, adapting approaches to meet the unique needs of each group.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical records in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality and quality of care.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare providers to promote comprehensive client care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing professional development, attending workshops and training sessions to stay informed about the latest trends and research in mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clientele at Navigate Psychotherapy includes individuals and families facing a wide variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance abuse. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted licensure as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.
